越轨的界定与划分研究

摘　　要：日常生活中的越轨现象往往带有认识上的局限性,而在理论研究的框架下应以价值中立的学术立场来看待越轨。从社会学视角研究越轨为对越轨的认识由感性层面上升到理性层面提供了科学的依据。对越轨进行语义分析是对越轨进行理性认识的必要前提。在此基础上,对越轨界定标准的具体分析,为社会学意义上越轨的界定提供了参考依据。按照违反规范的性质和内容的标准将越轨划分为德俗越轨、纪律越轨和法律越轨。The deviant phenomena in daily life often have the limitation of understanding.Within the scope of the research,the deviance should be treated from a neutral position of value.The sociological perspective provides scientific evidence for deviance from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge.The semantic analysis of deviance is the necessary premise of this study.On this basis,the specific analysis of the definition standards provides reference for the sociological definition of deviance.According to the nature and content of the violated norms,deviance could be classified into the deviance of moral customs,discipline and law.
