摘　　要：国内外档案界对档案的现实价值和历史价值有不同看法。科技档案的现实价值和历史价值的关系是,前者形成在先,更重要;后者形成在后,相对次要。科技档案的第一价值、第二价值与科技档案现实价值、历史价值有着比较复杂的关系。Domestic and international archival community have different at the actual value and historical value of archives.The relationship between actual value and historical value of science and technology archives is that,actual value formed earlier and more important,historical value formed latter and relatively minor.There are more complex relationships between primary-and-secondary value and actual-and-historical value.
