摘 要:以V2O5为原料,铝粒为还原剂,采用炉外法还原制取了高钒铁,并对工艺参数进行了研究,达到了提高钒回收率的目的。研究结果表明,高钒铁的回收率随还原剂铝用量的增加而增大,其用量以过量2%(质量分数,下同)为宜。分别试验了3种不同的精炼剂(纯铝粒、铝硅铁合金和铝钙铁合金)对钒回收率的影响,发现以AlCaFe作为精炼剂,钒的回收率明显增加,是较好的精炼剂。铝热法生产高钒铁时,铝粒的合适粒度为3~4mm。High vanadium ferroalloy was smelted by outside furnace process using V2O5 as raw material,aluminum as reductant,and its technological parameters were studied in order to improve the recovery of vanadium.The results indicate that the recovery of high vanadium ferrovanadium is increased with the content of Al reductant,and the content of Al reductant,and excessive 2% of Al is advisable.The effect of three different kinds refine agent of Al,AlSiFe alloy and AlCaFe alloy to the recovery of vanadium was studied.The results show that the recovery of vanadium is increased obviously by AlCaFe alloy as refine agent,and it is better refine agent than the others.Al particle size of 3-4 mm is advisable in the process of high vanadium ferrovanadium smelt by outside furnace process.
