摘 要:在实验室条件下模拟了烘烤硬化钢450℃下热镀锌镀层的合金化退火过程,研究镀层锌铁合金相的形成和转变过程、镀层相结构和镀层的抗粉化性能,并给出了所用的研究方法和主要研究结果。研究表明:镀层在450℃合金化退火,当保温时间延长到60~120s时,镀层内的δ相将会分为δ1k相和δ1p相两层,而且随时间延长,δ1k相增厚、δ1p相减薄,同时镀层表面柱状ζ相也有所减少,镀层抗粉化性能相应变差。The galvannealing of hot-dip galvanized bake-hardenable steel at 450 ℃ was simulated in laboratory.The formation and evolution of Zn-Fe alloy phase,coating phase structure and coating′s powdering resistance were studied.The results show that the δ phase in the coating will divide into δ1k phase and δ1p phase,when the steel sheets are galvannealed at 450 ℃ and the holding time is delayed to 60-120 s.Furthermore,the thickness of δ1k phase coating becomes higher with the time increasing,the thickness of δ1p phase coating becomes lower and the number of columnar ζ phase in the coating surface becomes less.At the same time,the coating′s powdering resistance becomes worse.
