摘　　要：在法治全球化趋势日益明显的今天,我国的法制化进程依然面临着诸多问题。完善高校的法律人才培养体系是提高国家律师素质的重要保证,也是促进国家法制建设的关键所在。英国是世界上最早产生司法独立萌芽的国家,其法律职业化已获得了普遍高度认同,长达数百年的历程有着自己独特的魅力。因此,探讨英国律师教育传统及其特点将会对我国有很大的借鉴意义。With the increasing globalization trend of rule in law,the legal system of our country still faces many problems nowadays.Improving the legal education system is the guarantee to improve the lawyers' quality,and is the key to promote the construction of national legal system.Britain is one of the world's first judicial independence budding countries,whose law professionalization has gained widespread recognition,and its history of hundreds of years has its own unique charm.Therefore,the British lawyers' education tradition and characteristics will be of great significance to our country.
