摘　　要：本文分析了期刊招标采购的必要性、可行性及意义,阐述了期刊招标采购的技术流程,以及在这个流程中存在的几个问题,并结合吉林大学图书馆期刊招标采购的实际,提出了应对的策略。This thesis analyzes the necessity,possibility and meaning of periodical purchase invitation,meanwhile elaborates the technique process of periodical purchase innovation,points out existing problems in this process,and puts forward the strategy based on the practice of library periodical purchase in library of Jilin University.
