摘　　要：针对某砖烟囱倾斜及竖向裂缝事故,从设计、施工、使用等方面分析其原因,并通过对原设计的复核计算确定事故主因是烟囱在温度应力作用下施工方未按照设计要求设置隔热层,且烟囱环向钢筋配置不足导致,为今后类似工程的处理提供参考。According to the accident of a brick chimney inclined and vertical cracks,this paper analyzes lots of reasons that included design,construction and usage.And through review of the original design calculation,the incident was identified mainly due to the chimney temperature stress,the construction not in accordance with the design requirements is the main cause,the paper provides a reference for future handling of similar projects.
