摘　　要：江门时代广场项目为一栋大底盘多塔楼建筑,建筑总高度99.8m,采用框架-核心筒结构,属超限高层建筑,文中从结构体系、地基基础、结构设计要点及针对工程特点所采取的抗震加强措施出发,介绍该楼的结构分析与设计过程。The project of Jiangmen Times Square is a Large-chassis-mount multi-tower and high-rise overrun building as the frame-core wall structure with the height of 99.8m.In this paper,structural analysis and design of this project were introduced,including structural systems,the foundation base,essentials for constructional design,and the strengthening measures according to engineering characteristics.
