摘　　要：在既有建筑抗震加固工程实践中,对某些问题的处理可充分理解和运用《建筑抗震鉴定标准》的抗震性能综合评价方法,能达到降低加固施工难度,同时满足安全性和经济性的目的。本文以某高度超限建筑物加固改造工程为例,介绍了综合抗震能力指数方法在砌体结构房屋抗震加固中的应用,可为同类问题的处理提供参考。In the practice of the seismic reinforcement of existing buildings,the complete understanding and application of comprehensive evaluation method of the seismic performance in the standard for seismic appraisal of buildings can make the reinforcement construction easy,and meet the need of the security and the economy.With the example of the reinforcement of a building beyond limitation required by the specification,the paper introduces the application of the method of the seismic capacity index,and can provide a reference for the same problem.
