摘　　要：结合昆明一栋超高层住宅的复合地基基础设计(目前为昆明采用复合地基基础的最高建筑),详细介绍了其基础方案比选过程、复合地基下卧层验算的探讨、沉降计算结果及实测结果的对比等,供设计人员参考。Based on the composite ground-foundation design of a super high-rise building in Kunming(the tallest building that uses composite ground-foundation in Kunming at present),the paper introduces the comparison and selection process of different foundation projects,explores the checking computations of composite ground substratum,analyses and contrasts the settlement results between calculation and observed value,for reference.
