摘　　要：采用切片纺,配以中心环吹冷却系统生产阳离子染料可染多孔细旦涤纶预取向丝(POY),讨论了生产POY的主要工艺条件以及拉伸变形丝(DTY)的拉伸变形工艺。通过试验可以得出:在适当的工艺条件下,可以生产出品质优良的262 dtex/288 f阳离子染料可染细旦多孔涤纶POY;使用FK6-1000型加弹机,通过进一步优化工艺,可以稳定地生产出质量优良的167 dtex/288 f阳离子染料可染的DTY,并实现量产。The chip spinning with the inner ring blowing cooling system is used to produce cationic dyeable microdenier and porous PET pre-oriented yarn(POY).The main process conditions of POY and draw textured yarn(DTY) are discussed.The test showes: with the suitable condition,top quality 262 dtex/288 f cationic dyeable microdenier and porous PET POY can be produced,167 dtex/288 f cationic dyeable DTY prepared by FK6-1000 draw texturizing machine is feasible.The superior quality cationic dyeable DTY can be produced stably and scale production can be achieved through process optimization.
