摘 要:以抗菌纤维、阻燃纤维、远红外纤维和负离子纤维为例,指出了功能性纤维开发中的生态安全问题,以竹浆和麻浆纤维、莫代尔纤维、碳纤维、海岛纤维、聚乳酸纤维为例,指出了新型纤维素纤维、高性能纤维、新型合成纤维开发中的环境问题;同时也介绍了纤维开发中所用助剂的生态安全和环境问题、纺织品生态安全主要监控项目与高度关注物质、纳米材料的安全问题,建议在新型纤维材料开发中,高度关注生态安全和环境问题,不能再走之前"先污染后治理"的老路。Taking anti-bacterial fiber,flame-retardant fiber,infrared fiber and anionic fiber as example,the problem of eco-safety in the development of functional fiber was discussed.Based on viscose rayon fibers from bamboo and hemp,modal fiber,carbon fiber,sea-island fiber and polylactic acid fiber,the environmental problem in the production of new cellulose fiber,high performance fiber and new synthetic fiber was investigated.At the same time,the eco-safety and environmental problems of additives used in the fiber development,main monitor items of eco-textiles and highly concern substances as well as nano-materials were also introduced.The paper suggested that the attention should be riveted in eco-safety and environmental problem in the development of new fibers,no longer to go the way of 'control after the pollution'.
