摘 要:主装弹药可靠起爆对传爆序列的微型化提出了严峻的挑战。针对沟槽式传爆序列,一方面传爆沟槽截面尺寸小,以小剂量的装药实现理想传起爆效果是一个难题;一方面小尺寸沟槽装药的工艺也是一项瓶颈技术。鉴于此,本文概述了国内沟槽通道装药方法,介绍了自行设计的真空挤注工艺,初步探索采用以亚微米级HMX为主炸药的浇注固化型PBX,在抽真空的条件下,对长100mm,截面尺寸1mm×2mm、1mm×1mm阳1mm×0.8mm的沟槽通道挤注装药。测试装药密度与传爆效果表明,该工艺对小尺寸传爆沟槽装药可行;较为理想的PBX沟槽传爆药配方为:HMX 90%~92%,硅橡胶5%~6%,DOP 1%~2%,TDI、T-12、聚硅氧烷、卵磷脂为0.5%,溶剂乙酸乙酯约3.5倍于硅橡胶,其可在宽度为1mm、2mm沟槽内稳定传爆,装药密度与爆速分别达1.37g·cm^(-3)与7100 m·s^(-1)以上,可应用于宽度设计在1mm-2mm的网络沟槽装药。The reliable explosion of the main loaded ammunition feces a severe challenge from the small size of charge.For the groove explosive sequence,on the one hand,the section size of trench is small,and achieving the desired effect is difficult by small doses of charge.On the other hand,the charge process for the small explosive trench is a bottleneck.So the domestic charge processes were summarized,and the self-designed vacuum squeezing process was introduced.On this study,the submicron HMX-based pouring explosive was made as the injected PBX and squeezed into linear groove channel in the way of vacuum.The section sizes of grooves were 1mm×2mm、1mm×1mm and 1mm×0.8mm.The length was 100mm.The test results show that the vacuum squeezing process in the experiment is fit for charge for the small groove channel.The injected PBX composing of 90-92 percent of HMX,5-6 percent of silicone rubber,1-2 percent of DOP,0.5 percent of TDI,0.5 percent of T-12,0.5 percent of Polysiloxane and 0.5 percent of Lecithin is the better booster formula.The charge density of the above booster is over 1.37g/cm3 and the detonation velocity is over 7000m/s in the grooved channel which is lmm or 2mm of the width.It can be applied to the groove channels whose width is 1mm-2mm.
