摘 要:本文以烯丙基氯、亚磷酸为原料,在一定条件下合成了一种含有膦酸基的烯类单体(AP)。再以AP、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合合成了三元共聚物HN-2作为新型的抗高温油井水泥缓凝剂,抗高温达到150℃。讨论了单体最佳配比为n(AA):n(AMPS):n(AP)=3:1:1.5,具有良好的缓凝效果。研究了HN-2对水泥浆缓凝性、抗盐性、流变性和水泥石强度的影响,以及HN-2与降失水剂的配伍性。In this paper,a new three copolymer HN-2 ultra-high-temperature retarder which used in oil well cement was synthesized through AP,acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid(AMPS) as raw materials,ammonium-persulphate as initiator,the monomer AA was synthesized through allyl chloride,phosphorous acid and nickel chloride as catalyst.The synthesis retarder of HN-2 retarding had very good performance;it can be used at 150℃.Experimental data showed that when Monomer ratio was n(AA):n(AMPS):n(AP)=3:1:1.5,and sulfonated starch exhibited good retarding ability to oil well cement.And to study the impact of HN-2 on the slurry retarding performance,salt resistance,rheology,cement strength and the compatibility with filtrate loss reduction additive.
