摘 要:天然矿物燃料在燃烧过程生成的NOx中NO占90%,其余为NO2。实验室中对磷钨杂多酸和磷钼杂多酸水溶液吸收模拟烟气中的NOx吸收效率进行了研究。实验结果表明,在一定条件下,磷钨酸的吸收效率可以达到82.4%,而磷钼酸只有45.2%;常温下,磷钨酸水溶液的浓度控制在2.50mg/ml左右,吸收速率控制在5.000ml/min,吸收时间为10min时的吸收效果较好,可达85.6%。研究同时发现,这两种杂多酸吸收NOx并转化为N2的能力,磷钨酸比磷钼酸具有更好的效果,基本可以达到绿色去除烟气中的NOx的目的。Nitrogen oxide generated in the Natural fossil fuels' combustion process accounted for 90%,the remainder was nitrogen dioxide.Study on the absorption efficiency of phosphotungstic heteropoly acid and phosphorus molybdenum heteropoly acid aqueous solution absorbing simulated flue gas was conducted in lab.Experimental results showed that under certain conditions,phosphotungstic acid absorption efficiency can reach 82.4%,while phosphomolybdic acid only 45.24% ;under the room temperature,the concentration of phosphorus acid solution was about 2.50mg/ml,uptake rate 5.000 ml/min,absorption time of 10min,the better absorption efficiency can be up to 85.6%.The study showed that the absorptions of the two heteropoly acids absorbing NOx and convert it into N2,phosphotungstic acid is more effective than the phosphomolybdic acid,so as to achieve the purpose of green removing nitrogen oxides from flue gas.
