摘  要:以二氧化硅负载硅钨钼酸为催化剂,以乙酰乙酸乙醋和1,2-丙二醇为原料催化合成苹果酯-B。探讨了乙酰乙酸乙酯与1,2-丙二醇量比、催化剂用量、带水剂及反应时间对收率的影响。实验表明,在n(乙酰乙酸乙酯):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.3,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,带水剂环己烷10mL,反应时间45min的优化条件下,苹果醣-B的收率可达86.5%。The synthesis of fraistone with H4SiW6Mo6O40/SiO2 as catalyst has been studied.Molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to 1,2-propylene glycol,the dosage of catalyst,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent and reaction time on the yield were discussed and the best conditions were found out.The optimum conditions are:molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to 1,2-propylene glycol is 1:1.3,the dosage of catalyst is equal to 0.8%of feed stocks,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 10 mL,and the reaction time is 45min.H4SiW6Mo6O40/SiO2 is an excellent catalyst for synthetizing fraistone and its yield can reach over 86.5%.
