摘　　要：国际化视野下高校思想政治理论课建设发展的关键是师资队伍建设。从实际出发客观分析当前高校思政课师资队伍状况和存在的问题,对于加强高校思政课师资队伍建设,具有重要的战略意义。The teaching staff is the key to the development of the college ideological and political theory courses under the international outlook.This paper analyzed the status and the existing problems of the teaching staff of the college ideological and political theory course from the practical points of view,and it has stractigic meaning in strengthening the building of teaching staff from the strategic high plane.
