摘 要:针对电厂风机或水泵等辅机系统采用阀门、挡板调节管路流量而造成大量电能资源浪费的问题,结合水泵或风机变频调速节能控制原理,提出利用变频调速方案对电机控制系统进行节能升级改造。结合电厂#3机组一次高压风机系统实际情况,探讨高效可行的电机变频调速节能升级改造方案。#3机组一次风机改造后1年的运行反馈数据分析结果表明,变频调速技术通过动态调节电机转速来控制流量、降低轴功率,具有非常良好的节能效果,同时改造方案降低电机起动电流和起动次数,避免频繁起动对电机和电网的冲击破坏,具有好的推广应用前景。In auxiliary systems such as fans and pumps for the power plant, there is a lot of waste problem of energy resources, which is caused due to adjusting the pipe flow by the valve and baffle for fans and pumps systems. In this paper, combine in the energy saving principle of the speed adjust and frequency conversion system for pump or fan, and propose the use of a frequency conversion and speed adjust programs, for motor control system take energy-saving upgrade. According to the actual situation of a high pressure fan systems of the power plant # 3 unit, explore feasible and efficient motor frequency conversion and speed adjust energy saving upgrading program. After the transformation of 1 year for fans of unit # 3, the operating data analysis results show that the frequency conversion and speed adjust technology to control the flow by dynamically adjusting the motor speed and thus can reduce shaft power, has a very good energy-saving effects, and the innovation programs can reduce the starting current of the motor, and the number of starts of the motor, to avoid frequent starting motor and grid impact damage, has better prospects of promotion applications.
