摘　　要：近年来,伴随着政府对"三农"问题的日益重视,作为支持农业主要政策手段的财政支农问题得到了国内外许多学者广泛的关注,并分别对支农支出总量和结构对经济增长的影响进行了实证和规范研究,但相关研究并没有得出一致的结论,彼此间的分歧仍然很大。因此,有必要对财政农业投入的相关文献进行总结和评价,进而获取有益的启发。In recent years,with the government is right '3 farming' problem increasingly attention,as support agriculture main policy measure,problem of finance support agriculture catches domestic and foreign scholars' attention.The scholars studied expenditure total amount and structure of the impact on economic growth the empirically and normatively,but the studies did not draw the same conclusion,the differences remained significant.Therefore,it is necessary for financial inputs in agriculture related literature summary and evaluation,and then obtain the beneficial inspiration.
