武汉城市圈节约型服务业发展的影响因素分析

摘　　要：在总结武汉城市圈节约型服务业发展过程中取得成就和存在问题的基础上,提出影响武汉城市圈节约型服务业发展过程中存在的认识约束、机制约束、政策约束、规模约束和科技水平约束等一般性制约因素,以及经济发展水平、城市化水平、工业化水平、城镇居民收入水平、市场开放程度、信息化水平和国际化影响因素等根本性制约因素,以供武汉城市圈在节约型服务业发展过程中针对诸因素,采用切实可行的运行机制和措施。Basd on the achievement and problems on the development of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan city circle,this paper,for the conservation-oriented service industry,shows the general constrained factors on the understanding constraints,the mechanism constraints,policy constraints,the size constraints and the constraints on the level of technology.Meanwhile,this paper also puts forward some fundamental constraints on the level of economic development,the urbanization,industrialization,the urban residents' income level,the level of market openness,the level of information and the factors of international effects,which provides the problems on the development of conservation-oriented service industry in Wuhan city circle with the practical operational mechanisms and measures.
