摘　　要：在当前低碳经济发展的背景下,饭店业实现可持续发展,建设节能降耗环保的低碳饭店成为今后发展的必然趋势。以烟台为例,从监管者、建设者和参与者三个方面分别分析了旅游行政管理部门、饭店企业、消费者在低碳饭店建设过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议。To achieve sustainable development,constructing low carbon hotel is the inevitable trend for hotel industry in the background of low carbon economy.This article takes Yantai for example to analyze the problems of construction low carbon hotel from the perspective of regulators,constructor and the participants,then puts forward the development countermeasures.
