摘　　要：三级胺纳洛酮和纳曲酮进行N-脱烷基反应试图得到二级胺去甲羟吗啡酮的反应曾用过氯甲酸乙酯,产率很低。我们正在进一步探索这类反应。Ethyl chloroformate was used to process the N-dealkylation reaction of tertiary amines such as naloxone or naltrexone.The obtained yield is very low.The further exploration is on the way.
