摘  要:以建构主义教育理论为基础,从研究"层次递进式"教学出发,系统阐释了"层次递进式"教学的内涵及体系.应用理论与实践相结合的方法,通过具体实施以检验其效果,结果表明:"层次递进式"教学符合高校公共体育课程改革的实际;能极大地满足不同学生体育学习的需求;能有效地发展学生身体及心理素质,提高身体机能水平,改善体质、增进健康;有利于学生系统学习掌握体育知识、技能、技术.The intension and system of level of progressive teaching style were explained systematically based on the constructivism education in this paper.The practice was carried out for testing its effect through the method of combining theory with practice.The results showed that level of progressive teaching style accorded with the practice of college sports curriculum reform in universities,and could greatly met different students’needs in sports learning so as to develop students’physical and mental quality effectively,improve their physical functions and conditions and ultimately promote their health.At the same time,the model was good for students to learn sports knowledge systematically and master sports skills and techniques effectively.This paper offered the new methods and ideas for sports teaching and curriculum reform in universities and had some referential and promotional values.
