测定镀铬溶液中铬(Ⅵ)和铬(Ⅲ)的简快方法

摘　　要：提出了一种既简便又快速的分析方法,用于测定镀铬溶液中的铬(Ⅵ)和铬(Ⅲ)。测定总铬的方法是基于总铬含量是镀液单位体积重量的函数。测得镀液单位体积重量后,便可根据回归方程算出总铬含量。测定铬(Ⅲ)的方法是基于用分光光度计测定水合Cr3+离子在600nm处的吸光度,然后按回归方程求出铬(Ⅲ)含量。总铬含量减去铬(Ⅲ)含量便得铬(Ⅵ)含量。This paper had studied on a simple and fast method of Cr(Ⅳ) and Cr(Ⅲ) determination in chromic plating bath.Total chromic contents are the function of weight in unit volume plating bath,total chromic contents can count according to regression equation after determination weight in unit volume,determined Cr(Ⅲ) by spectrophotometer,counted Cr(Ⅲ) Content by regression equation,total chromic contents minus Cr(Ⅲ) content is Cr(Ⅳ) content.
