摘　　要：目的建立石霜中多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用硫酸-苯酚法显色,紫外分光光度法测定石霜中多糖的含量。结果标准曲线在20.846～104.230μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.997 0,平均回收率为106.4%(RSD为2.6%,n=6)。结论建立的方法简便、可操作性强、重复性好,可有效测定石霜中多糖的含量。Objective To establish a method for determining the content of polysaccharide in Mycoblastus alpinus.Methods The content of polysaccharide in Mycoblastus alpinus was determined by ultraviolet spectrometry.Results The standard curve was of good linearity at the range of 20.846-104.230 μg·mL-1,r=0.997 0,and the average recovery was 106.4% with RSD 2.6%(n=6).Conclusion The method constructed was simple,repeatable and could be used to determine the content of polysaccharide in Mycoblastus alpinus effectively.
