摘 要:通过引入数据包络分析(DEA)对1994-2010年我国经济运行效率进行测算,发现我国经济效率总体上有所提高。选取R&D人员数和R&D经费支出作为科技投入指标,运用协整理论和误差修正模型对R&D人员投入、R&D经费支出、经济效率这三者的短期、长期关系进行了实证检验。模型结果显示,科技投入对提高经济效率的长期影响大于短期影响。R&D人员投入增加提高了经济运行效率,R&D经费支出增加降低了经济效率。Though the introduction of data envelopment analysis(DEA) we measure China's economy operation efficiency from the year 1994 to the year 2010.We find that China's economic efficiency in general is improved.Selecting the number of R&D people and R&D expenditure as indicators of investment in science and technology,we use co-integration theory and error correction model to explain the short-term and long-term relation between R&D personnel investment,R&D expenditure and economic efficiency.Results show that the long-term investment influence in science and technology to improve the economic efficiency is greater than short-term effects.The increase of R&D personnel investment increases the economic efficiency,while the increase of R&D expenditure reduces the economic efficiency.
