同心县农村居民两周患病及卫生服务利用情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析同心县农村居民两周患病现状、就诊情况及影响因素,了解农村居民卫生服务需求和利用情况。方法采用整群分层随机抽样对同心县10个乡镇的1040户农村居民进行入户调查,共调查4675人。结果 (1)两周患病率为18.97%。(2)女性的两周患病率(21.28%)高于男性(16.85%);(3)0岁年龄组两周患病率较高,但随年龄增加有下降趋势,而从10岁组开始患病率又出现逐渐升高的趋势,以60岁及以上组患病率最高,分布呈现"V"型分布;(4)离婚或丧偶者的两周患病率(分别是43.75%和44.90%)明显高于未婚或在婚者(分别是6.92%和27.99%);(5)文化程度越高两周患病率越低;(6)两周患病就诊率41.71%,就诊机构以县及县以上医疗机构为主,未治疗原因主要是经济困难。结论同心县农村居民对卫生服务的需要量较高,但卫生服务的提供和利用水平较低。建议应加强农村基层卫生服务的投入,建立健全医疗保障制度,保障农村居民的健康水平。OBJECTIVE To investigation and analysis of rural residents in Tongxin County sick for two weeks the status quo and influencing factors.METHODS A cluster stratified random sampling was used to collect 1040 rural families from 10 townships in Tongxin County,and 4675 people were investigated.RESULTS(1)The two-week prevalence rate was 18.97%.(2)The two-week prevalence rate of women(21.28%)was more than that of men(16.85%);(3)0-year-old group had a higher prevalence rate of two weeks.Started from the 10-year-old group,the prevalence rate increased gradually to 60-year-old and showed the highest group.(4)The distribution of a'V'type similar;divorced or widowed prevalence rate of two weeks(respectively 43.75% and 44.90%)was significantly higher than that of single or married(respectively 6.92% and 27.99%).(5)The higher education had the lower the prevalence rate of two weeks.(6)Medical situation:attendance rate was 41.71%.No treatment was mainly due to economic difficulties,and the medical institutions were mainly county medical institution.CONCLUSION Tongxin County need high quality health services for rural residents,but the utilization of health services was low.
