摘　　要：目的了解重庆市北碚区健康教育机构能力建设及工作现状,为配置健康教育资源以及制定健康教育工作规划提供参考依据。方法用统一调查表,对健康教育机构、人员、能力建设、健康教育工作情况等进行调查。结果重庆市北碚区所辖的乡镇、高校、城区均设有健康教育机构;全区共为551661居民建立了健康档案,建档率68.6%,共有健康教育专(兼)职人员93人,其中专职占17.2%,兼职为82.3%;健康教育工作人员学历以大专及以下为主,占91.7%,职称以初级及以下为主,占78.5%。学校主管健康教育的部门为学生工作部;健康教育工作主要内容以艾滋病、结核病等常见传染病及心脑血管疾病宣讲为主,健康教育工作方法以发放健康教育宣传资料及利用卫生宣传日宣传为主。结论重庆市北碚区健康教育机构配备了完善的现代设备,但健康教育专业人员缺乏,专业素质不高,健康教育形式单一,经费投入较为贫乏,健康教育工作内容以常见传染病防治及慢性心脑血管疾病为主。OBJECTIVE To understand ability construction and current status of health education institutions in Beibei District in Chongqing,and allocate the resource of health education and provide reference form health education plan in Beibei District.METHODS Standard questionnaire was used to investigate staffs about ability construction,current status and the relationship with media of health education institutions in Beibei District.RESULTS Health education institutions had established in Beibei District.A total of 551 661 established health documents and the rate of establishing health document was 68.6%.There were 93 staffs for health education,and 17.2% of them were professionals in health education institutions,and 82.3% of them were part time.In health education institutions,staffs in municipal and county level were junior college degree or below(91.7%).Staffs at the level of primary or below accounted for 7.5%.The contents of health education was AIDS,tuberculosis(TB)and et cetera.Distributing handbook,hand bill or printed sheet were main work of health education.CONCLUSION In our health education institutions,the net work at country level was imperfect professional staff at all levels,the deficient and the professional qualities were lower,and the form of health education was simple.The mainly working contents were infectious diseases and public health emergency.
