吸入马拉硫磷对小鼠肾脏形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察马拉硫磷对小鼠肾脏的毒性作用。方法分别采用高、中、低剂量的马拉硫磷静式吸入染毒小鼠,染毒后90d剖检,切取肾组织制片、HE染色,进行形态学观察。结果马拉硫磷染毒小鼠肾组织出现不同程度的损伤,特别是高剂量组,肾小管上皮细胞变性、坏死,间质充血、炎细胞浸润以及肉芽肿样病变、纤维组织增生等。结论静式吸入马拉硫磷导致小鼠中毒性肾病。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Malathion on kidney in mouse.METHODS The treatments were administered by static inhaling malathion into 3 group(high dose Malathion group and middle dose Malathion group and low dose Malathion group).After the administration of 90 days,detection of pathology of renal tissue.RESULTS Malathion exposure renal tissue showed different degrees of injury in mouse,especially in the high dose group,renal tubular epithelial cell degeneration,necrosis,interstitial congestion,inflammatory cell infiltration,and granulomatous lesions,fibrous tissue hyperplasia and so on.CONCLUSION Administered by static inhaling malathion leads to toxic nephropathy in mouse.
