海口市2008～2009年健康人群麻疹抗体水平调查

摘　　要：目的了解海口市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为今后消除麻疹工作提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,于2008年、2009年在全市按接种率高、中、低分为3个层次,8个年龄段的共采集1918名健康人的血清,采用ELSIA法测定血清中麻疹IgG抗体滴度。结果麻疹抗体阳性率为93.64%,抗体滴度(GMT)为1︰885.65;GMT≥1︰800有1265人,占65.95%。不同城区之间的GMT有显著差异,不同年龄组之间抗体阳性率、GMT均有显著差异。结论海口市麻疹抗体水平较高,基本形成了预防麻疹的免疫屏障,对控制麻疹的发病起了积极的作用,但还存在着免疫水平薄弱地区和易感人群。在做好常规免疫的同时,应进一步针对免疫薄弱地区落实强化免疫和查漏补种工作,提高人群免疫抗体水平。OBJECTIVE To understand the measles antibody levels in healthy people of haikou,and provide scientific basis for the elimination of measles in the future.METHODS A stratified cluster sampling method was taken to collect population with high,medium and low vaccination rates in 2008 and 2009 as well as eight age groups.1 918 healthy people serum were collected by using ELSIA determination measles IgG antibody titers.RESULTS Measles antibody positive rate was 93.64%,and GMT was 1︰885.65.GMT of 1 265 persons showed ≥ 1︰800,and accounted for 65.95%.The GMT of different areas showed significant difference.The antibody positive rate and GMT of age group had significant difference.CONCLUSION The measles antibody of haikou city had a high level,essential to develop an immune barrier of measles.This has played a positive role in control the incidence of measles.However,there are still weak areas and populations of immunity levels.For raising the level of population immunity antibodies and improving routine immunization coverage in the future,we should be directed to Areas with weak immune perform immunization and leak replant.
