摘　　要：目的了解新沂市2009年1月～2010年12月肺结核病涂阳病人的特征,为预防和控制该病提供科学依据。方法对两年1674例肺结核病人进行痰标本抗酸杆菌检测并加以分析。结果 2009年涂阳率28.25%,2010年涂阳率18.80%,呈下降趋势,涂阳病人的年龄集中在老年,涂阳率复诊病人高于初诊病人。结论整体工作有所下降,老年人、复诊病人是新沂市结核病控制工作的重点。OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of smear-positive TB patients in January 2009-December 2010,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of this disease.METHODS 1 674 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis sputum acid-fast bacilli during the two years were detected and analyzed.RESULTS In 2009,the rate of smear-positive was 28.25%,and the rate was 18.80% in 2010.A downward trend was showed.The age of smear-positive patients was mainly in the older,and higher than smear-positive rate of referral of patients' newly diagnosed patients.CONCLUSION The overall decline,the elderly,the referral of patients is the focus of TB control Xinyi.
