摘　　要：目的分析PICC置管在不同年龄段发生并发症的护理。方法选取某院行PICC置管的98例患者,随机均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者使用常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,使用PICC针对性护理,比较其并发症情况和舒适度评分差异。结果观察组患者并发症明显少于对照组患者,P﹤0.05,舒适度评分明显低于对照组,P﹤0.05,两组间有统计学差异。结论恰当的护理可以有效减少患者出现PICC置管并发症的例数,增加其舒适度,值得在临床推广使用。OBJECTIVE Analysis of PICC tube in different age complication and nursing.METHODS 98 patients with PICC catheter were selected from our hospital,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the control group used conventional nursing,and the patients in the observation group used PICC directed nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.We compared its complications and comfort scores.RESULTS The patients in the observation group complication were obviously less than patients in the control group,P﹤0.05,comfort score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the P﹤0.05.There was significant difference between the two groups.CONCLUSION Appropriate nursing can effectively reduce the number of patients with PICC catheter complications,and increase its comfort.This method is worthy of clinical use.
