左卡尼丁对老年慢性充血性心衰的心功能及血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨左卡尼丁对老年慢性充血性心衰的心功能及血脂的影响。方法将116例老年慢性充血性心衰患者随机分入对照组与观察组,给予56例对照组患者心力衰竭常规治疗,60例观察组患者在常规治疗基础上静点左卡尼丁。比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标及血脂的改变。结果观察组治疗总有效率为88.3%,显著高于对照组66.1%(P﹤0.05);治疗后观察组心脏指数、左室射血分数及E/A值显著优于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后观察组甘油三酯(TG)和胆固醇(TC)显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论左卡尼丁可显著改善老年慢性充血性心衰患者的心功能,有效调节血脂。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of L-carnitine for cardiac function and blood blood lipid in elderly chronic congestive heart failure.METHODS 116 elderly cases with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into control group and experience group.56 cases of control group were given conventional therapy and 60 patients received L-carnitine quiescent point based on routine treatment.Clinical effect,cardiac function and blood lipid were compared between two groups.RESULTS Total effective rate in experience group was much higher than that in control group(88.3% vs 66.1%,P﹤0.05);Cardiac index(CI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and E/A after treatment in experience group were superior to control group(P﹤0.05);Compared with control group,TG and TC level were greatly decreased and HDL increased in experience group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION L-carnitine for elderly chronic congestive heart failure can greatly improve cardiac function and regulate blood lipid.
