摘　　要：目前,网络舆论已成为社会舆论的极为重要的组成部分。提升地方政府网络舆论引导能力,对于构建和谐社会、建设中国特色网络文化和维护国家安全具有重大的现实意义。近年来,山东省各级地方政府采取了一些措施,加强网络舆论引导,取得了一定的成效,但还存在诸多问题,亟需完善相关措施,切实提升各级地方政府网络舆论引导能力。At present,the network public opinion has become an extremely important part of social public opinion.Promoting the guiding ability of network public opinion of local governments has significant practical meaning for creating harmonious society,building characteristic network culture of China and maintaining national safety.In recent years,local governments of all levels of Shandong Province have adopted measures to enhance the guiding of network public opinion and have achieved good effects.However,there are still many problems and the related measures should be perfected urgently to promote the guiding ability of network public opinion of local governments of all levels.
