摘　　要：利用实地调查所得数据,描述了我国城市和农村老年人居家养老保障需求的基本情况,并基于P rob it模型,对我国城乡老年人居家养老保障需求的影响因素进行分析。研究发现:个人健康特征、家庭特征和社会经济特征对老年人的居家养老服务需求均有影响,并且老年人的心理健康、城乡差异状况对其需求的作用显著。基于研究结论做出了可能性解释,提出了完善居家养老保障体系,向老年人提供"靶向"式心理慰藉服务,在城乡中公平分配养老资源等相关思考。Based on the data of North China Electric Power University's investigation and analysis,this paper,using Probit models,analyzes the basic demand situation of elderly home care and the influence factors,and it finds that personal health characteristics,family features and social economic characteristics have a great impact on the elderly demand of home care,and meanwhile,their demand situation is affected by mental health,and the big gap between urban and rural areas.On the basis of the research conclusion,we make possible explanations,and put forward some related theories such as perfecting the home old-age security system,and ensuring public policy and fairness of service.
