摘 要:为了满足某型压气机改型设计的需求,提出并推导了基于位置修正的等流管顶切方法,应用此方法对该压气机进口导叶至第2级静叶的5列叶栅进行了顶切设计,通过三维数值计算验证了该方法的可行性,在此基础上进一步分析了顶切对压气机气动性能的影响。结果表明,应用此方法可以根据不同的目标流量实现快速准确的顶切设计,顶切后的压气机在满足流量要求并保持压比基本不变的条件下,在不进行任何优化设计时仍然能够具有较高的气动性能,应用此方法进行顶切设计不会导致严重的流场匹配问题。To fulfill the demands of one compressor redesign,the method of tip-cutting based on correcting location was proposed and deduced,which was named equal stream tube.Using this method,the redesign of inlet guide vane and the first two stages including five rows of cascade was carried out.Three dimensional numerical simulation was performed to verify the method feasibility.Furthermore the influence on the redesign compressor caused by tip-cutting was analyzed.The results indicate that this method can ensure quick and accurate tip-cutting according to various value of mass flow.The redesigned compressor can satisfy the mass flow requirement and keep the same pressure ratio as well as high aerodynamic performance,without any optimization.This method will not cause serious flow mismatch problem.
