摘 要:柔性线路板专用(FPC)连接器焊脚外观检测是FPC连接器检测的重要组成部分,为了满足连接器在线检测系统高速、高分辨率、高精度的要求,因此特讨论FPC连接器焊脚外观在线检测系统的关键技术.针对检测图像聚焦面位置唯一导致产品某些部分由于不能完全对焦而成像模糊的问题,提出了基于离散点的直线拟合算法,从而提高了检测的稳定性和准确性.本检测系统已在实际生产中投入使用.The appearance inspection of welding pins was an important part of the FPC electronic connector inspection.In order to satisfy the requirements of high speed,high resolution and high precision,the key technology on appearance inspection of welding pins on FPC electronic connectors was discussed.As part of the was product could not focus completely and imaging blurs because of the uniqueness of the focal plane of the camera,a fitting line method based on discrete points was proposed in this paper to improve detection stability and accuracy.This system has been put into use in actual production.
