山东省渔业产业结构现状与优化升级

摘　　要：积极推进渔业产业结构的优化升级是现代渔业发展的客观要求。论文通过对山东省渔业产业结构的现状与发展态势的分析,发现山东省海洋渔业产业结构调整取得了较好的成效,但当前资源与环境、粗放的经营方式、滞后的二三产业等问题成为渔业产业结构优化升级的障碍。鉴于此,论文从加强水生生物资源环境养护、加快渔业产业化发展进程、按照现代渔业要求推进渔业产业结构合理、夯实科技研发的支撑力度等方面提出进一步推进山东省渔业产业结构优化升级的对策建议。Actively promote the fishery industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the objective requirements of the development of modern fishery.This article through to the Shandong province fishery industry structure's present situation and development trend analysis,discovered the Shandong province marine fishery industry structural adjustment obtained better result,but the problem of resource and environment,extensive mode of operation,a lag of two or three industries to become the fishery industrial structure optimization upgrading obstacles.In view of this,this article from continue to strengthen environmental conservation of aquatic biological resources,accelerate piscatorial industrialization to develop a process,in accordance with the requirements of modern fishery to advance piscatorial industry structure reasonable,tamp science and technology research and development support and other aspects of further advancing the Shandong province fishery industrial structure optimization and upgrading countermeasures.
