摘  要:目的:建立川明参茎叶中总黄酮含量测定方法。方法:采用回流提取法提取川明参茎叶中的总黄酮,以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外-可见分光光度法于506nm处测定。结果:在0.0212~0.0636mg/mL范围内,对照品芦丁的吸光度与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.9992)。平均加样回收率为97.03﹪,RSD=2.3﹪(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、简便,可用于川明参茎叶中总黄酮的含量测定,为川明参进一步综合开发利用奠定了一定的实验基础。Objective:To establish the determination method of the total flavonoids in stemleaves of Chuanminshen violaceum.Method:Reflux extracting method was used to extract the total flavonoids.The contents of total flavonoids were determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry at wavelength of 506 nm with rutin as standard substance.Result:The linear range of rutin were 0.0212 mg﹒mL-1~0.0636 mg﹒mL-1(r=0.9992) with average recovery of 97.03%(RSD=2.3%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is accurate and simple,and it can be used for the content determination of total flavonoids in stemleaves of Chuanminshen violaceum.The research has laid a foundation for the utilization of Chuanminshen violaceum.
