摘　　要：塔里木盆地塔河油田托普台区块地质条件复杂,地层压力预测难度大,钻井过程中易发生井漏、卡钻、测井遇阻卡、钻具磨损严重等复杂情况。以TP224X井为例分析复杂情况的发生原因,提出相应预防措施。Because of the complicated geologic condition in Tuoputai block of Tahe oilfield in Tarim basin,formation pressure is hard to predict and drilling process is prone to complex situations such as lost circulation,pipe-sticking,touch sticking while logging,serious wear of drilling tools.By carefully analyzing the reasons for complicated situation in this well,some corresponding precautions are proposed,which could provide certain reference for site drilling operation and treatment in complex situation.
