摘　　要：光动力学治疗是通过光照,激活光敏剂,产生光化学反应,进而对治疗组织产生杀伤作用。已被广泛应用于治疗各类上皮性肿瘤。近年来,在非肿瘤性疾病的治疗中也被证实具有良好治疗。本文就光动力学治疗的研究进展以及在皮肤相关疾病中的应用进行综述。Photodynamic therapy interacted with light by activating photosensitive agents to produce singlet oxygen resulting in targeted cell death.It has been widely used in the treatment of various epithelial tumors.Recently,it has been also proved to be efficient in many non-malignant diseases.The recent progress on photodynamic therapy and its application in malignant and non-malignant skin disorders will be reviewed in this article.
