浙江民办高等教育发展的特点、问题与对策

摘　　要：改革开放以来浙江民办高等教育的发展呈现以1999年为分水岭,前期发展缓慢,后期发展迅猛;多种办学模式共存,以混合式为主;搁置争议,注重市场等三个方面的特点。但目前,浙江民办高校存在办学体制和办学机制比较优势有待保持、吸纳优质教育资源能力亟待加强、生源市场萎缩以致竞争更趋激烈、规范发展有待提升以及教育质量更待提高等五个方面的问题。为解决这些问题,浙江民办高等教育应推进规范管理、实施特色发展战略、大力培养和提升自身核心竞争力。Since the reform and opening up,the development of non-governmental higher education in Zhejiang Province has three characteristics: 1999 being a watershed with slow development during early part and rapid development during the late;coexistence of a variety of school running models with hybrid being the main one;shelving disputes and focusing on market.However,at present there are problems in five aspects in the non-governmental institutions of higher learning in Zhejiang,such as maintaining comparative advantages of school system and running mechanism;strengthening the ability to attract high quality education resources;increased competition due to the shrinkage of student market;upgrading development standard;and improving the quality of education.In order to solve these problems,Zhejiang's non-governmental higher education should promote standardized management,implement the distinctive development strategy,and vigorously cultivate and enhance their core competitiveness.
