摘　　要：五日生化需氧量(BOD5)的测定涉及复杂的微生物生化过程,很多因素都对测定结果产生显著影响,其中接种液是测定BOD5的关键因素之一。文章实验研究不同浓度的未处理餐饮污水作为接种液测定BOD5,寻找合适的接种条件。The determination of BOD5 involves a complex microorganism biochemical process,and many factors can significantly affect the results of the determination.The quality of inoculum is a key factor in the determination of BOD5.In this study,untreated restaurant wastewater was used as inoculum for the determination of BOD5,and suitable vaccination conditions were discussed.
