白僵菌防治竹笋禾夜蛾的试验研究

摘　　要：采用室内毒力测定与林间防治相结合的方法,比较5株白僵菌菌株对竹笋禾夜蛾的防治效果。室内毒力测定结果表明:Bov07菌株对竹笋禾夜蛾幼虫的感染效果最好,校正死亡率达83.33%,LT50值为7.3 d;其次是Bpp04,其校正死亡率达73.81%,LT50值为9.2 d。用Bov07菌株生产的菌粉对竹笋进行林间防治试验,结果表明:用量为22.5 kg.hm-2时,15 d的林间防治效果达80%以上。说明Bov07菌株是防治竹笋禾夜蛾的优良菌株,可以进一步进行推广应用。Oligia vulgaris was one of the main pests for bamboo shoots.The virulences of 5 Beauveria bassiana against O.vulgaris were compared,the result showed that Bov07 strain had the best infectious effect,then the Bpp04 strain.Their corrected mortality respectively reached 83.33%,73.81%,with LT50 of 7.3 d and 9.2 d.Then powder of Bov07 strain was produced for field test,when the dose was 22.5 kg·hm-2,the control effect was over 80% after 15d long post inoculation,So the strain of Bov07,was highly virulent to O.vulgaris which could be served as biocontrol agent for O.vulgaris.
