摘　　要：留学生化学家是中国近代最具影响力的化学家共同体,他们通过自己在体制建设、科学研究、人才培养、学术交流等方面的卓越贡献,谱写了中国近代乃至现代化学文化发展的新篇章。留学生化学家所拥有的独特的价值观,是引领化学文化发展的核心动力。其价值观既表现在对包括化学在内的科学自身价值的认识,也表现在对科学的教育功能、科学家的道德观、科学救国论等方面的认识。The chemists of returned students are most influential chemists community in Chinese modern times.Through their outstanding contribution in institution establishment,scientific research,personnel training and academic exchanges,they have written a new chapter in the development of modern and even contemporary chemical culture.The unique values that the chemists of returned students held was the key driving force leading the development of chemical culture.Their value outlook was reflected in both their cognition of the self-value of science,including chemistry,and their understanding of the education function of science,the morality of scientists and the idea of saving the country by science.
