摘　　要：东欧共产主义后继党是指在组织体系和人力资源上继承了前共产党的左翼政党。伴随着东欧的全面转轨,后继党在组织体系层面进行了局部调整,以期适应制度变革的要求。但随着转轨进程的深入,组织创新成为后继党实现转型发展的进一步要求。The communist successor party is the party that inherited the organizational system and human resources from the former Communist Party in Eastern Europe.The successor party makes some partial adjustments of organizational system in order to adapt to the requirement of institutional changes,along with the political transition in Eastern Europe.With the deepening of the transition process,organizational innovation has become the further requirements for successor parties to transform and develop.
