摘 要:为解决棉秆皮纤维手感硬、纤维分离度差等问题,对棉秆皮纤维的高温脱胶方法进行了研究。先通过预氧处理,再进行高温脱胶制备棉秆皮纤维,采用正交试验研究了影响脱胶效果的主要因素,如氢氧化钠的质量分数、温度、保温时间和浴比对纤维木质素含量和残胶率的影响,并结合正交试验结果采用二次正交回归分析进一步优化脱胶工艺条件,确定最佳处理工艺为:氢氧化钠的质量分数11.26%,温度132.4℃,保温时间50min,浴比1∶20。对处理前后纤维的纵向结构进行扫描电镜分析,高温脱胶后纤维分离度得到很大提高。In order to overcome the problems of cotton stalk bast fibers such as hard handle,poor separation,the method of high temperature degumming was studied.Cotton stalk bast fibers were first pretreated with H2O2 and then treated by the method of high temperature degumming.The effect of such factors as concentration of alkaline,temperature,temperature holding time and liquor ratio on content of lignin and residual gum was researched with the orthogonal experiment,and the binary quadratic orthogonal regression experiment was made to optimize the degumming process.The optimal conditions were concentration of sodium hydroxide 11.26%,treating temperature 132.4 ℃,temperature holding time 50 min and liquor ratio 1∶20.The SEM results showed that the fiber separation were improved by degumming at high temperature.
