摘　　要：针对超硬砂轮不易于修整的现实情况,从提高精度与加工效率角度,开发了一台应用在线检测技术的超硬砂轮专用修整机。修整机以软磨硬,利用碳化硅砂轮修整超硬砂轮,再通过CCD传感器采集图像,将图像传递到计算机软件影像区,软件提供对比检测功能,对超硬砂轮进行修磨。对此超硬砂轮修整机的结构及工艺原理的进行了系统设计,将在线检测技术运用到超硬砂轮的修整上,找到了整个修整机中的布局中软硬件的关键结合点。对超硬砂轮的普遍应用情况,给予基本分类,并给出典型圆弧砂轮的修整模板。此修整机的设计与应用将为国内超硬砂轮的修整提供重要的借鉴手段。A special machine is necessary for factory to improve accuracy and processing efficiency because superabrasives wheel is not easy to repair.The on-line testing technology is important for the specific machine.The machine used soft wheel to grind hard wheel,used silicon carbide wheel to grind superabrasives wheel,and then collected image by CCD image sensor,the image is passed to the image area of computer software,the software provides the inspection function used as contrast,so it can grinding superabrasives wheel.This paper illustrates the principle of dresser clearly.How the online testing technology works and key points of integration are also very important contents.And for the universal application of superabrasives wheel,gives the basic categories and the typical templates for dressing.This dresser has profound significance for dressing superabrasives wheel in domestic.
