摘  要:对于已知参数少的引信圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧,用普通弹簧基本公式计算法和一般引信弹簧试算法设计时,会使设计计算比较盲目,需要反复试算,计算量大.基于一般引信弹簧试算法,提出一种只给出空间尺寸、平均抗力要求及相应检验高度、全压缩高度等参数弹簧设计的反推算法.算法根据已知条件和弹簧设计的取值约束条件,利用相关计算公式反向推算出弹簧的结构参数.用普通弹簧基本公式计算法和一般引信弹簧试算法验证了反推算法所计算出的弹簧参数值的正确性.反推算法避免了由于某些量的不确定而导致的不断重复试算,不但适用于同时有芯杆和驻室导向件等空间尺寸有约束情况下的圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧设计,而且适用于只有芯杆或只有驻室导向件的圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧设计.By using basic formula method for common spring and trial calculation method for general fuze spring,there are unbridled calculation,repeated trial calculation and large calculation amount at designing cylinder helix compression spring of fuze with few known parameter.Reverse calculation method was proposed with parameters of spacial dimension,total compressed height,average resistance and corresponding test height based on trial calculation method for general fuze spring.According to known conditions and value constraint conditions,the structure parameters of spring were calculated reversely by using corresponding formula.Correctness of spring parameters value is verified by basic formula method for common spring and trial calculation method for general fuze spring.Repeated trial calculation for uncertain parameter is avoided by reverse calculation method,and the method is not only applied to constraint conditions with plenum chamber and core rod,but also applied to constraint conditions with plenum chamber or core rod individually.
