摘  要:在利用光卤石浮选KCl的过程中,MgCl2的存在是使KCl浮选效率降低的重要原因.考察了MgCl2浓度对浮选溶液粘度,盐酸十八胺分散性和KCl浮选收率的影响,探讨了MgCl2浓度为20%的高镁浮选体系的最佳通气量和固液比.结果表明:MgCl2浓度的增大使溶液的粘度增大,盐酸十八胺的分散性变差,从而降低了捕收剂盐酸十八胺的有效浓度.当MgCl2浓度由0增大到20%时,KCl的浮选收率下降了13.49%.调节浮选通气量为200mL/min,固液比为3∶100时,KCl的回收率提高了10.30%.通过调节通气量和固液比可有效减小MgCl2浓度对盐酸十八胺分散性带来的不利影响,提高KCl的浮选效率.The exist of MgCl2 is an important factor for flotation efficiency reducing in KCl flotation process using carnallite as the raw material.The effect of MgCl2 concentration on the viscosity,dispersion of ODA-HCl and KCl recovery efficiency were studied,and the best aeration ratio and solid-fluid ratio in the MgCl2 flotation system of concentration 20% were investigated.The results indicate that the viscosity of the flotation system increases with the increase of MgCl2 concentration.Thus,the dispersion of ODA-HCl get worse and the effective concentration of ODA-HCl decreases.The flotation recovery efficiency of KCl reduces by 13.49% when MgCl2 concentration increases from 0 to 20%.The recovery of KCl increases by 10.3%,as the aeration ratio and solid-fluid ratio are adapted to 200 mL/min and 3∶100.So,the bad effect of MgCl2 concentration on the dispersion of ODA-HCl decreases and KCl flotation efficiency increases by regulating the flotation aeration ratio and solid-fluid ratio.
